The programme was filmed at Fosse Farmhouse B&B last summer, and I was interviewed by
Nicky Chapman during the introduction to the area around Castle Combe.
I am shown baking a traditional Wiltshire Lardy Cake in my farmhouse kitchen - which is a local
delicacy and absolutely delicious!
Due to BBC regulations I was unable to mention my business name during the programme.
However I hope that you’ll all recognise me and Fosse Farmhouse - and come and try my
delicious lardy cake for yourselves!
