Nicks Gardening Tour On May 28th twenty five Japanese gardening enthusiasts visited Fosse Farmhouse to have a cream tea in the garden. The tour was led by Nick Matsufuji who was accompanied by a Japanese magazine photographer. The magazine “Wonderful Country” will be published in Japan in November and will feature four pages on Fosse Farmhouse. For the article I prepared a cooking demonstration in the garden and the recipe for Caron’s delicious Apple Crumble will be published along with the article.In October I will be flying to Tokyo to demonstrate the recipe to the invited readers of the magazine at their Wonderful Country lifestyle event in Shibuya.
